Il a grandi dans une famille qui g\u00e9rait de <strong data-start=\"353\" data-end=\"372\">petits bistrots<\/strong> dans la r\u00e9gion parisienne. En raison du travail de ses parents, la famille d\u00e9m\u00e9nageait souvent, vivant dans diff\u00e9rents quartiers comme <strong data-start=\"508\" data-end=\"527\">Rueil-Malmaison<\/strong> et <strong data-start=\"531\" data-end=\"543\">Suresnes<\/strong>. Son enfance a \u00e9t\u00e9 marqu\u00e9e par <strong data-start=\"575\" data-end=\"624\">l\u2019ambiance anim\u00e9e du monde de la restauration<\/strong>. Il passait de nombreux \u00e9t\u00e9s \u00e0 la campagne, notamment dans un village appel\u00e9 <strong data-start=\"702\" data-end=\"716\">La Rosi\u00e8re<\/strong>, o\u00f9 il s\u00e9journait chez sa grand-m\u00e8re. Celle-ci avait <strong data-start=\"770\" data-end=\"788\">treize enfants<\/strong> et lui a appris des <strong data-start=\"809\" data-end=\"849\" data-is-only-node=\"\">techniques de cuisine traditionnelle<\/strong>, y compris des m\u00e9thodes de conservation comme le <strong data-start=\"899\" data-end=\"924\">\u00ab\u00a0poulet en bouteille\u00a0\u00bb<\/strong>, permettant de stocker des repas pour l\u2019hiver.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"973\" data-end=\"1443\">D\u00e8s son plus jeune \u00e2ge, Yannick a \u00e9t\u00e9 attir\u00e9 par la cuisine. \u00c0 l\u2019\u00e2ge de <strong data-start=\"1045\" data-end=\"1057\">huit ans<\/strong>, il \u00e9tait d\u00e9j\u00e0 certain de vouloir devenir <strong data-start=\"1100\" data-end=\"1108\">chef<\/strong>. Il laissait le jeune Yannick l\u2019aider dans de petites t\u00e2ches, comme <strong data-start=\"1260\" data-end=\"1292\">\u00e9plucher les pommes de terre<\/strong>, et celui-ci observait tout avec attention. <strong data-start=\"1337\" data-end=\"1399\">Ces premi\u00e8res exp\u00e9riences ont eu un impact profond sur lui<\/strong> et ont confirm\u00e9 sa passion pour la cuisine.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1445\" data-end=\"1819\">\u00c0 <strong data-start=\"1447\" data-end=\"1461\">quinze ans<\/strong>, Yannick a quitt\u00e9 l\u2019\u00e9cole traditionnelle pour int\u00e9grer le <strong data-start=\"1520\" data-end=\"1543\">lyc\u00e9e Santos-Dumont<\/strong> \u00e0 <strong data-start=\"1546\" data-end=\"1561\">Saint-Cloud<\/strong>, o\u00f9 il a commenc\u00e9 une formation culinaire. Pendant son passage \u00e0 l\u2019H\u00f4tel Scribe (Les Muses), il a obtenu sa premi\u00e8re \u00e9toile Michelin en 1999, puis une deuxi\u00e8me en 2002. En 2003, il devient chef ex\u00e9cutif du Meurice \u00e0 Paris, o\u00f9 il conduit le restaurant \u00e0 d\u00e9crocher deux \u00e9toiles en 2004, puis la prestigieuse troisi\u00e8me en 2007.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"772\" data-end=\"1169\">En 2008, il cr\u00e9e le <strong data-start=\"792\" data-end=\"817\">Groupe Yannick All\u00e9no<\/strong>, qui commence \u00e0 s\u2019\u00e9tendre \u00e0 l\u2019international, avec des restaurants et partenariats dans des lieux prestigieux comme Courchevel, Marrakech, Duba\u00ef, P\u00e9kin et Taipei. Le 1er juillet 2014, il reprend le <strong data-start=\"1015\" data-end=\"1035\">Pavillon Ledoyen<\/strong> sur les Champs-\u00c9lys\u00e9es \u00e0 Paris et y ouvre <strong data-start=\"1078\" data-end=\"1094\">All\u00e9no Paris<\/strong>.
